Our story
Deep expertise, single focus
PCC Surveyors has spent more than 20 years acting for landowners affected by electricity pylons, poles and cables — becoming one of the UK's most experienced names in easements and utility compensation. We have handled thousands of agreements and claims, and recovered substantial sums for our clients.
Developers, promoters and their advisers increasingly face the same apparatus on the sites they acquire and build out. Our New Developments team brings that same specialist knowledge to the development lifecycle — clearing constraints, securing rights and recovering compensation, while always acting solely for our client's interest.
We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (firm no. 798444), and we work across England, Wales and Scotland.

A common mistake is accepting an operator's first compensation offer without independent professional advice. Initial offers often fail to reflect the full extent of a landowner's entitlement.
